The BeAt goes on…………………………
A number of activities have happened over the last year. Young people have enjoyed Glass Painting using recycled jars from the Church’s recycle stash.
Various activities such as Marsh Mallow and Spaghetti tower building enabled young people to develop their team building and communication skills, in a fun and exciting way!
The 5 minute slot has been owned by a number of staff/volunteers, and, indeed young people have taken to the stage to present this slot in their own inimitable fashion. Relaying some of the issues that affect life as they grow in understanding, the journey they are taking towards adulthood and their developing faith.
We’ve had singing competitions, Bingo, and so much more.
Three-word Friday always has the entry ‘Paul is Ace’ I wonder who that is!!! All our three word Fridays are on the notice board for viewing. They make an interesting read, showing some of the thoughts of our young people.
Well, the term is nearly at an end and we are planning ‘The BeAt’s got Talent’ for July. With many young people eager to display their growing talents.
All in all a very successful, relaxed and enjoyable pulse continues at BeAt on a Friday evening.
